Description
This is Her Majesty Queen Illysa of the Terran Empire (the Treasure Planet empire).
I was playing the game "Treasure Planet Battle at Procyon" and the image of Her Majesty is seen during one of Jim's narratives. I so totally loved her in her dress so much that I wanted to draw her as quick as I could. I guess it turned out okay, but I don't like how I drew out the eyes and nose. And I definitely hate how the bottom of her dress turned out because it wasn't seen in the image on the computer game. But for now, it's okay. I just can't remember what color her eyes were, so I just made them brown.
EDIT: I removed the crazy text of course. As for the face, I raised her nose up a bit and lowered her brow.
